This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Rozalia Słowińska, from the Strzałkowo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Strzałkowo, 1789,

On August 30th, 1789, I, Rev., Pastor of the Strzałkowo Parish, baptized the infant named Rozalia. The parents were Szymon and Jadwiga Słowiński nee Czaplińska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tadeusz and Brigyda Węsiorski nee Rokosowska.
