This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antonina Słowińska, from the Strzałkowo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Strzałkowo, 1794,

On June 9th, 1794, I, Rev., Pastor of the Strzałkowo Parish, baptized the infant named Antonina. The parents were Szymon and Jadwiga Słowiński nee Czaplińska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Kejzer? and Jadwiga Słowińska, both from Strzałkowo.
