This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Agata Słowińska, from the Graboszewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Młodziejewice, 1800, No. 6,

On February 2nd, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Graboszewo Parish, baptized the infant named Agata. The parents were Szymon, a blacksmith, and Jadwiga Słowiński, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: ???? and Antonina ????, from the village of Młodziejewice.
