This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Teresa Skonieczna, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrustowo, 1814

On September 8th, 1814, I, Rev. Stefan Pulman, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa. She was born on the 5th of September, 1814. Her parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Skonieczny, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Bartłomiej Zieliński and Józefa Bruzda.
