This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Teresa Skonieczna, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Chrustowo, 1810

On October 12th, 1810, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa. Her parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Skonieczny, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Andrzej Wojdyła and Teresa Sobocińska?.
