This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Szymon Skonieczny, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Zakrzewo, 1816

On October 27th, 1816, I, Rev. Alan Przedziecki, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Szymon. He was born on the 24th of October, 1816. His parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Skonieczny, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Jan Skonieczny and Józefa Szuszman, from the village of Chrustowo.
