Marriage of Walenty Sobczak and Michalina Pluskota (1869)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Walenty Sobczak and Michalina Pluskota, from the Sędzin parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sędzin Folwark No 4, 1869

This happened in the village of Sędzin on the 19th of September, 1869, at 8 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of Paweł Kwiatkowski, aged 30, and Kazimierz ??, aged 31, both residing in the Sędzin Folwark, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Walenty Sobczak, a widower, his previous wife Katarzyna died on August 25th, 1869, he is a steward living in the Sędzin Folwark, he was born in Wola Lipowska, the son of the deceased Jakób and Józefa Sobczak, aged 35,

and Michalina Pluskota, single, residing in the Sędzin Folwark, born in the village of Szóstka Duża, daughter of Szczepan and Urszula Pluskota, aged 22.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the parish church, on the 29th of August, 5th and 12th of September, 1869. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
