Marriage of Stanislaw Jedrzejczak and Michalina Pluskota (1905)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Stanisław Jędrzejczak and Michalina Pluskota, from the Siniarzewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Gosławice, No. 4, 1905
This happened in Siniarzewo on September 24th, 1905 at 2 p.m. We declare in the presence of Jakob Połatowski, age 45, and Szczepan Dębowski, age 43, peasants residing in the village of Gosławice, district of Sędzin that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Stanisław Jędrzejczak, aged 23, single, born and residing in the village of Gosławice, son of Walenty and Zofia Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak,
and Michalina Pluskota, aged 19, single, residing in the village of Gosławice, born in the village of Podgaj, the daughter of Paweł and Rozalia Pluskota nee Bielawska.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the the local parish church in Siniarzewo, on the 10th, 17th, and 24th of September, 1905. This religious ceremony of marriage was performed by the Reverend Aleksy Hoffman, parish administrator. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
