This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Szczepan Pluskota, from the Służewo Parish.
Chrusty, No. 34, 1863
This occurred in the town of Służewo, on the 30th of March 1863, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Tomasz Sikorski, aged 66, and Szymon Lewandowski, aged 35, both are farm owners residing in the village of Chrusty, and stated that in the village of Chrusty, on the 28th of March, 1863, at 4 a.m., Szczepan Pluskota, aged 40, died. He was a farm owner residing the village of Chrusty. He was the son of the deceased couple Wojciech and Agnieszka Pluskota. He leaves behind his widow Katarzyna nee Rudecka and his children: Michał and Ignacy. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Szczepan Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
