Michałowo No. 4, 1871

This occurred in the village of Kobielice, on the 4th/16th of April, 1871, at 3 p.m. Appearing are witnesses
Wojciech Pluskota, aged 21, and Mateusz Głowaczyk, aged 30, both laborers from Michałowo, and stated that on the 2nd/14th of April, 1871, at 4 a.m., Wojciech Pluskota died, just a year old. He the son of Piotr and Rozalia Pluskota and was born in Michałowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
