This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wojciech Pluskota, from the Bronisław Parish.
Bronisław, No. 3, 1840
This occurred in the village of Bronisław, on the 24th of August, 1840, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Kazimierz Kuźba, aged 50, and Gabriel Paszkowski, aged 60, both are farm owners residing in Bronisław, and stated that in Bronisław, on the 22nd of August, 1840, at 8 a.m., Wojciech Pluskota, aged 40, Catholic, died. His parents and place of birth are unknown. He leaves behind his wife Agnieszka Pluskota nee Ciemna. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
