This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Piotr Pluskota, from the Sędzin Parish.
Sędzin Folwark, No. 13, 1871
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 26th of November/8th of December, 1871, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jan Bednarek, aged 20, and Marcjan Kania, aged 22, both laborers in Sędzin, and stated that on 24th of November/6th of December, 1871, at 5 a.m., Piotr Pluskota, a laborer, aged 21, died. He lived in the Sędzin Folwark. He was born in Szóstka and he was the son of Szczepan and Urszula Pluskota. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Piotr Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
