This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Mateusz Pluskota, from the Bronisław Parish.
Bronisław, No. 1, 1841
This occurred in the village of Bronisław, on the 11th of January, 1841, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Kazimierz Kuźba, aged 55, a farm owner, and Wojciech Jankowski, aged 60, a tenant farmer, both residing in Bronisław, and stated that in Bronisław, on the 10th of January, 1841, at 3 p.m., Mateusz Pluskota, aged 4, Catholic, died. He was the son Wojciech and Agnieszka Pluskota, farm owners in Bronisław. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Mateusz Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
