This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antonina Pluskota, from the Bądkowo Parish.
Wysocinek, No. 53, 1862
This occurred in the village of Bądkowo, on the 14th of August, 1862, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Walenty Jonatowski, a laborer, aged 40, and Marcin Tunk, a laborer, aged 30, both residents in Wysocinek, and stated that in Wysocinek, on the 12th of August, 1862, at 8 a.m., Antonina Pluskota, aged 19, died. She was the daughter of Szczepan and Urszula Pluskota nee Nadzieja. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Pluskota, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
