This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Anna Konopa, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On September 19th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of Bytoń Parish, buried Anna Konopa, in the cemetery, aged 4 1/2. She died on September 19th, 1800. The child’s parents were: Wawrzyniec and Józefeta Konopa, the legally married couple.
