Death of Mateusz Pluskota (1813)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Mateusz Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1813

On the 30th of January, 1813, at 9 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Roch Siewierski appeared, aged 44, the Broniewo Parish organist; along with Tomasz Dzioba, aged 60, a peasant residing in the village of Szóstka; and stated that on the 26th of January, 1813, at 6 p.m., Mateusz Pluskota, aged 3, died in his family home. He was the son of Paweł and Rozalia Pluskota, peasants residing in the village of Szośtka – Gmina Broniewo. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
