Death of Jozef Pluskota (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Józef Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1812

On the 13th of March, 1812, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Roch Siewierski appeared, aged 44, the Broniewo Parish organist; along with Jozef Kuźba, aged 60; and Paweł Pluskota, aged 52, the village Mayor; and stated that on the 11th of March, 1812, at 6 p.m., Józef Pluskota, died. He was the son of Paweł and Rozalia Pluskota, peasants residing in the village of Szośtka – Gmina Broniewo. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
