Baptism of Walenty Pluskota (1820)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Walenty Pluskota, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wąsewo, No. 9, 1820
On the 30th of January, 1820, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pluskota appeared, aged 24, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #8, on the 26th of January, 1820, at 5 p.m., to his lawful wife Małgorzata nee Strózyk, aged 19. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Walenty. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Józef Sobczak, aged 25, and Jan Kuliziak, aged 30, both are friends from Wąsewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
