Baptism of Szczepan Pluskota (1813)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Szczepan Pluskota, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka, 1813
On the 23rd of December, 1813, at 11 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Paweł Pluskota appeared, aged 48, a peasant residing in the village of Szóstka, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 20th of December, 1813, at 6 a.m., to his lawful wife Rozalia nee Sobieraj, aged 34. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Szczepan Jan. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Karol Budzyński, aged 36, a master craftsman residing in the village of Szóstka, and Jakób Sobieraj, aged 35, a peasant farmer residing in the village of Szóstka. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
