This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łukasz Kwaśny, from the Witowo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On October 6th, 1802, I, Rev., Pastor of the Witowo Parish, baptized the infant named Łukasz. The parents were Marcin and Anna Kwaśnieski (Kwaśny), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szczepan Jóźwiak and Anna Tomasz, both are from Sadłóg.
