This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Błażej Pluskota, from the Bytoń Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Bytoń, 1804, No. 9

On February 2nd, 1804, I, Rev. Karol Witkowski, Pastor of the Bytoń Parish, baptized the infant named Błażej. His parents were Wawrzyniec and Krystyna Pluskota, the legally married couple. The child was born on January 27, 1804. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Belewicz, from Piotrków, and ? Sobczak from Kłonowo.
