Baptism of Antonina Pluskota (1813)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antonina Pluskota, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wąsewo, No. 11, 1813

On the 16th of May, 1813, at 1 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wawrzyniec Pluskota appeared, aged 48, a farm owner, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #11, on the 16th of May, 1813, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Katarzyna Sobieraj, aged 38. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antonina. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Antoni Szadkiewicz, aged 36, and Wawrzyniec Witczak, aged 38, both are farm owners residing in the village of Wąsewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
