Baptism of Andrzej Pluskota (1818)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Andrzej Pluskota, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Wąsewo, No. 20, 1818

On the 22nd of November, 1818, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Wojciech Pluskota appeared, aged 22, residing in Wąsewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #20, on the 13th of November, 1818, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Katarzyna nee Rzepińska, aged 40. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Andrzej. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Wawrzyniec Pluskota, aged 40. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
