Death of Jan Pietrasiak (1866)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Jan Pietrasiak, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Wąsewo, No. 8, 1866
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 1st of February, 1866, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Edward Sobierajski, aged 40, and Adam Tomaszewski, aged 35, both are laborers residing in the village of Wąsewo, and stated that on the 30th of January, 1866, at 8 p.m., Jan Pietrasiak, aged 75, died. He leaves behind his widow Marianna nee Słowinska and the following children: Antoni, Bartłomiej, Paweł, Wiktoria, and Petronella. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Pietrasiak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
