Baptism of Wojciech Pietrasiak (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Wojciech Pietrasiak, from the Broniszewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Ruszkowo, No. 28, 1822

On the 23rd of April, 1822, at 8 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniszewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniszewo, Brześć County, Mazowieckie Province, Jan Pietrasiak appeared, aged 32, a farmer residing in the village of Ruszkowo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #11, in the village of Ruszkowo, on the 20th of April, 1822, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna nee Słowińska, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Wojciech. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Szymon Wiśniewski, aged 35, a painter residing in the village of Ruszkowo and Leon Mikołajczak, aged 25, a farm owner residing in the village of Ruszkowo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
