This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Pankowski, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 8, 1810

On April 11th, 1810, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. He was born on the 8th of April, 1810. His parents were Wojciech and Franciszka Pankowski nee Wojdyła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Wojciech Puszkiewicz and Apolonia Wojdyła.
