This is my translation of the Polish language marriage announcements of Tomasz Pakuła and Katarzyna Świerk nee Kędzia, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lisków/Nadzież, 1814

This happened on January 2nd, 1814, at 12 p.m. Before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Lisków, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province:

The first announcement of the wedding of at the Parish Church:

Tomasz Pakuła, aged 36, single, residing in Lisków, house #62, residing with his brother. He is the son of the deceased Antoni, who died 10 years ago in Lisków, and the deceased Agnieszka Pakuła nee Balcer, who died 14 years ago in Lisków,

and Katarzyna Świerk, aged 33, a widow, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #20, the daughter of Wojciech Kędzia, who resides with his daughter in house #20, and the deceased Zofia Kędzia nee Balcer, who died 15 years ago.

This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
