Marriage of Wojciech Pakuła and Marianna Czerwona (1836)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Pakuła and Marianna Czerwona, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lisków, 1836, No. 6

This happened in the village of Lisków, on the 6th of February, 1836, at 10 a.m., in the presence of witnesses: Stanisław Kędzia, aged 40, and Franciszek Sachucki, aged 50, both are farm owners residing in Lisków, a religious marriage was contracted today between:

Wojciech Pakuła, aged 20, single, residing with his family in Lisków, the son of Kazimierz and Marianna Pakuła, born in the village of Żychów,

and Marianna Czerwona, aged 17, single, residing with her family in Lisków, the daughter of Szymon and Marianna Czerwona, born in the village of Lisków.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, on the 17th, 24th, and the 30th of January, 1836, at the Lisków Parish Church. No impediment to the marriage arose. The newlyweds stated that they had made no prenuptial agreement between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
