This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Paweł Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lisków, 1829, No. 13

This occurred in the village of Lisków, on the 8th of April, 1829, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Mateusz Bruz, aged 47, and Wojciech Liskanowski, aged 29, both farm owners residing in Lisków, and stated that on the 6th of April, 1829, at 4 p.m., Paweł Pakuła, aged 50, died. He was a farm owner residing in Lisków. He leaves behind his wife Katarzyna Pakuła. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Paweł Pakuła, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
