Death of Katarzyna Pakuła (1815)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Katarzyna Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1815, No. 2

On the 6th of January, 1815, at 2 p.m., before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Żychów, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Mikołaj Olkiewicz appeared, aged 38, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #19; along with Tomasz Pakuła, aged 37, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #20, the cousin of the father of the deceased; and stated that on the 4th of January, 1815, at 3 p.m., Katarzyna Pakuła, aged 9 months, died in the family home in Żychów. She was the daughter of Kazimierz, 27, a farm owner residing in Żychów, house #13, and Marianna Pakuła nee Maćczak, aged 23. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
