This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Antoni Pakuła, from the Kokanin Parish.

Pawłówek, 1794

On January 15th, 1794, Antoni Pakuła, aged 46, died. He was originally a colonist residing in Pawłówek. He died before his triplet daughters, Marianna, Agata, and Dorota, were born and baptized.
