This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lisków, 1776, No. 46

On the 16th of December, 1776, I, Rev. Hyacinth Urbański, Pastor of the Lisków Parish, baptized an infant named Tomasz. The parents were: Antoni and Agnieszka Pakuła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Bartnik, from Zakrzyn, and Marianna Waliska, from Lisków.
