Baptism of Stefan Pakuła (1819)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Stefan Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Żychów, 1819, No. 60

On the 5th of September, 1819, before Us, Rev. Stanisław Zaremba, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Żychów, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Kazimierz Pakuła appeared, aged 40, a farm owner residing in Żychów, and presented Us a male child, which was born in Żychów, house #18, on the 2nd of September, 1819, to his lawful wife Marianna Szymańska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Stefan. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Józef Olkiewicz, aged 50, and Tomasz Świerk, aged 46, both are farm owners residing in Żychów. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
