This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Sebastian Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On the 14th of January, 1788, I, Rev., Pastor of the Lisków Parish, baptized an infant named Sebastian. The parents were: Franciszek and Teresa Pakuła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Jaroma and Elżbieta Kulas, both are from Lisków.
