This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefa Pakuła, from the Kokanin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kokanin, 1811, No. 10

On the 30th of June, 1811, I, Rev., Pastor of the Kokanin Parish, baptized an infant named Józefa. The parents were: Paweł, a farmer, and Gertruda Pakuła, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Józef Kamieński, a cook, and Helena Bogdańska, from the city of Kalisz.
