Baptism of Jakub Pakuła (1811)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Jakub Pakuła, from the Lisków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Dębsko, 1811, No. 9

On the 3rd of June, 1811, at 9 a.m., before Us, Rev. Józef Kłyciński, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Lisków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Dębsko, Kalisz County, Kalisz Province, Piotr Pakuła appeared, aged 36, residing in Dębsko, and presented Us a male child, which was born in Dębsko, house #8, on the 1st of June, 1811, at 11 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Kaczczak, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Jakub. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Tomasz Kaczczak, aged 60, a farm owner residing in Dębsko, the father of Marianna; and Roch Kiemak???, aged 63, a farmhand residing in Dębsko, a close neighbor of the father. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
