This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Weronika Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

On June 20th, 1805, the infant named Weronika, aged 1 and 5 months, died. She was the daughter of Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. She was buried in the cemetery on the 22nd of June, 1805.
