This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Agnieszka Nowak nee Klocek, from the Chlewiska Parish.

On the 1st of November, 1827, Agnieszka Nowak, aged 70 years and 5 months, died. She died due to sickness. Her parents names are unknown. She leaves behind the following children: Feliks, Jan, Magdalena, Agata, Lucja, and Teresa. She was buried in the Chlewiska cemetery on November 3rd, 1827.
