This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Nowak, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Przybysław, 1792

On October 7, 1792, I, Rev. Antoni Rojewski, Pastor of the Chlewiska Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. She was born on the 4th of October, 1792, to her parents Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Wojciech Wawrzyniak and Katarzyna Nowak, both from the village of Przybysław.
