Death of Zofia Patyk (1831)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Zofia Patyk nee Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, No. 16, 1831

This occurred in the village of Broniewo, on the 5th of September, 1831, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jakób Patyk, aged 36, a farm owner residing in Szóstka, and Marcin Dziubich, aged 50, a farm owner residing in Szóstka, and stated that in the village of Szóstka, on the 3rd of September, 1831, at 3 p.m., Zofia Patyk, aged 30, died. She was a farmer’s wife residing in Szóstka. She leaves behind her husband Jakób Patyk. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Zofia Patyk, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
