Death of Mateusz Nadzieja (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Mateusz Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1812

On the 12th of November, 1812, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Roch Siewierski appeared, aged 44, an organist for the Broniewo parish; along with Tomasz Dziubich, aged 60, residing in Szóstka; and stated that on the 11th of November, 1812, at 6 a.m., Mateusz Nadzieja, aged 16, died in the family home in Szóstka. He was the son of Piotr and Jadwiga Nadzieja. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
