Death of Katarzyna Nadzieja (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Katarzyna Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1822, No. 5

On the 24th of February, 1822, at 9 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Piotr Nadzieja, grandfather of the deceased child, and Maciej Dziubich, a close neighbor, both are farm owners residing in Szóstka, and stated that on the 23rd of February, 1822, at 5 a.m., in the village of Szóstka, in house #6, Katarzyna Nadzieja, aged 3, died. She was the daughter of Bartłomiej and Agnieszka Nadzieja, who are farm owners residing in Szóstka. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
