Death of Franciszka Klocek (1839)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Franciszka Klocek nee Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Szóstka, No. 14, 1839
This occurred in the village of Broniewo, on the 30th of November, 1839, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Klocek, aged 40, Catholic, a laborer residing in Szóstka, the husband of the deceased, and Szymon Sobieraj, aged 33, Catholic, a farm owner residing in Szóstka, and stated that in the village of Szóstka, on the 27th of November, 1839, at 3 a.m., Franciszka Klocek, aged 33, Catholic, a wife of a laborer, died. She was the daughter of the deceased couple Piotr and Jadwiga Nadzieja, who were both Catholic. She leaves behind her husband Jan Klocek. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszka Klocek, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
