Baptism of Katarzyna Nadzieja (1819)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Katarzyna Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1819, No. 9,

On the 19th of March, 1819, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Bartłomiej Nadzieja, aged 24, resident in the village of Szóstka, and presented Us a female child, which was born in his home, on the 16th of March, 1819, at 1 p.m., to his lawful wife Agnieszka Żywiczka (surname listed as Gołaczak), aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Katarzyna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Sebastian Karcz, aged 40, and Tomasz Żywiczka, aged 30, a farm owner residing in Papros. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
