This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Zofia Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On April 14th, 1800, I, Rev. Pastor of the Broniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. The parents were Piotr and Jadwiga Nadzieja, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Trawiński and Katarzyna Majewska.
