This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Nadzieja, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Szóstka, 1795, No. 14

On June 14th, 1795, I, Rev. Andrzej Straszewski, baptized the infant named Jan. His parents were Piotr and Jadwiga Nadzieja, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szczepan Koza and Marianna Dziubiszek, both were from Szóstka.
