This is my translation of the German language civil death record of Wawrzyniec Machajewski, from the Frank Civil Registers. Any errors are completely my own.

Paweł Machajewski, from Piece (German: Ofen) has reported the death of Wawrzyniec Machajewski, aged 64, Catholic, in the village of Piece, on the 6th of January, 1889. He resided in the village of Piece. He leaves behind his widow Katarzyna Machajewska nee Machnikowska. He was born in the village of Iwiczno, on the 10th of August, 1825, to his parents Wojciech and Elżbieta Machajewski nee Gełdon.
