This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Zuzanna Machajewska, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno, 1792,

On May 27th, 1792, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Zuzanna. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Franciszek Mokwa and Katarzyna Szarmach.
