On May 29th, 1789, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 23rd of May, 1789. The Godparents were: Jan Szarmach and Agnieszka Domachowska.
