This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Machajewski, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno – Piece, 1735,

On July 10th, 1735, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Jakub and Ewa Machajewski (written as Machaj/Machay), the legally married couple. The child was born on the 30th of June, 1835. The Godparents were: Paweł Cieriora and Anna Cieriora, both from Iwiczno – Piece.
